While John Raimondo’s practice has primarily been dedicated to the defense of criminal matters, he has utilized his courtroom experience in the representation of clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. John Raimondo has significant experience in handling:

Attorney Raimondo tried one of the last jury cases held in Westchester County in relation to grounds for divorce prior to New York becoming a no-fault state. John has also been trial counsel in several high stakes commercial disputes, including the trial of a multi-million dollar corporate embezzlement matter, along with the litigation of a partnership dispute over a multi-million dollar commercial asset.

John Raimondo has also periodically taken on the representation of client’s in civil rights related matters, including a 2009 publicized federal jury trial surrounding the use of excessive force case by the Yonkers Police Department.
